Just Take AIM
June 4th, 2010
Are you manually entering debtor accounts into CollectMax? If so, JST has a solution that can save you time and money.
JST has released the new Account Import Module called AIM. It gives you the ability to import batches of debtor accounts right into CollectMax from an Excel spreadsheet or CSV file. This module has been designed to replace the current FlexXL module previously offered to CollectMax users. AIM includes more variables for import and the templates are very easy to create.
There is no charge to purchase the AIM module. It does require that you have version 4.x of CollectMax as well as an annual MAX HelpLine support contract for your system configuration. There is an annual support fee of $750 for the use of the module.
Contact our sales staff today at sales@collectmax.com to inquire about getting AIM to automatically add accounts into your CollectMax system and stop wasting time with manual entry.
