Dialer Interface Webinar Scheduled
August 17th, 2009
Free Live Webinar!
Dialer Interface
Wed., August 26, 2009
3:00 pm ET
Space in this webinar is limited, so advance registration is required to participate. If you are interested, please download the Webinar Registration Form and return the completed form to our office via fax (804.288.8957) or email to sales@collectmax.com.
The Dialer Interface* has been designed as a generic interface to work with a number of different dialer systems and web based voice messaging services. Currently we have dozens of firms using the dialer capabilities offered by GlobalConnect, IAT, Spitfire, TouchStar, and Access.
The Dialer Interface performs the following functions:
- Provides the ability to create user-definable call campaigns to send to the dialer or web based voice messaging service.
- Imports the results of the completed call campaigns. Based on the campaign results, status changes and action dates can be automatically entered allowing you to move the account to the next collection process.
For several attorney networks, such as You’veGotClaims and NCO, the Dialer Interface can now generate network note codes translated from the dialer result codes. This automation can prevent network exceptions as well as increase efficiency.
This webinar is for customers interested in adding this module to their system and is not intended to be a training session.
* CollectMax version 4.x is required to use this module.
