Web Remote Viewing Demo Instructions

To test this module, you must have ‘Session Cookies’ enabled in Internet Explorer.

For Internet Explorer 5.0:

In Internet Explorer, select Tools, then Internet Options. Click on the Security tab. Click on the Custom Level button. Find the Cookies section of the listing. Enable ‘Allow per-session cookies (not stored)’ by selecting the Enabled radio button. Click OK to save your selection.

For Internet Explorer 6.0, 7.0, and 8.0:

In Internet Explorer, select Tools, then Internet Options. Click on the Privacy tab. Click on the Advanced button. Check ‘Override automatic cookie handling’. Check ‘Always allow session cookies’. Click OK to save your selection.

Instructions for using the Web Remote Access Demonstration:

  1. For a demonstration of what a Remote Viewer, such as a client creditor grantor, will see by accessing debtor accounts in this manner, click on the demo login button below.
  2. The Login ID to be used for demonstration purposes is demo, password is also demo.
  3. To continue, click on the ‘I Agree’ button on the Remote Viewer Click Wrap Agreement Screen.
  4. Once you are logged in, click on the Demo Firm. For this demonstration, Demo Firm is the law firm who is working the accounts. You are the Remote Viewer.
  5. Remote Viewers will be able to access debtor accounts by JST Debtor Number, Attorney Network Number, Reference Account Number, or Debtor Name.
  6. You can try to access account information for the following fictitious debtors:
    Last Name: Williams
    First Name: Dorothy
    JST Debtor #: 9540750
    Reference Account #: 343356546W (Case Sensitive)
    Last Name: Simon
    First Name: Steven
    JST Debtor #: 14557589
    Reference Account #: 4342455E4 (Case Sensitive)
